Stillwaters Assessment & Neuropsychological Services (SWANS) provides psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across Florida. We emphasize clarity, practicality, and partnership—so patients leave with clear answers and actionable recommendations.

Common Referral Reasons
We offer evidence-based evaluations addressing a wide range of developmental, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral concerns, including:
- Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluations — for concerns involving attention, executive functioning, learning, memory, Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurological or medical conditions, or cognitive decline.
- Psychoeducational Evaluations — comprehensive assessments of learning disorders, academic achievement, and functional educational performance.
- Psychological Evaluations — for emotional, behavioral, and personality concerns.
- Bariatric Surgery Clearance Evaluations — assessing psychological readiness and behavioral factors relevant to surgical success.
- Other Specialized or Comprehensive Evaluations — for complex or co-occurring presentations.
Each evaluation is customized to the patient’s specific concerns, referral questions, and goals.
Please note: SWANS does not conduct forensic or court-ordered evaluations.
Evaluation Process
- Intake (telehealth): Clinical history, context, and referral questions.
- Testing: Telehealth or hybrid administration following validated procedures.
- Record Review: Includes up to 20 pages or 45 minutes of review. Additional time may be billed if needed.
- Feedback: Results, diagnoses (when applicable), recommendations, and next steps.
All telehealth services comply with Florida Rule 64B19-18.004.
Pricing (Private Pay)
- Comprehensive Neuropsychological Evaluation: $2,250
- Psychoeducational Evaluation: $2,050
- Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation: $1,850
- Bariatric Surgery Clearance: $1,250
Deposits: $300 intake & $500 testing (non-refundable). Remaining balance due 3 days before testing.
Record Review: Includes 20 pages or 45 minutes. Additional review billed at $250/hr (in 15-minute increments).
Post-Evaluation Services: Addenda, letters, consultations, or provider meetings billed at $250/hr (30-minute minimum).
Payment Flexibility: Limited accommodations available to improve access.

Are telehealth assessments valid?
Yes. Measures have evidence or guidance supporting telehealth administration, and modifications are documented.
Do you review all records?
Up to 20 pages/45 minutes are included. Additional review billed at $250/hr.
Will you address concerns beyond the referral question?
Yes. Our approach is integrative and multi-diagnostic.
Do you provide accommodation letters?
When supported, the report includes required documentation. Brief letters can be provided.
Do you offer expedited results?
Expedited reporting may be available for an additional fee.
Do you provide provider-to-provider consultations?
Yes, billed at the standard hourly rate.
